New Year's Day is Friday 1 January 2027; New Year's Eve is Thursday 31 December 2026. As Wikipedia describes it, Park Street is walk-only on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, as it is on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Kolkata Traffic Police issues its own advisory each year, and the 2026 one is not out yet.

Metro Railway Kolkata has not announced a New Year's Eve timetable yet, and Kolkata Traffic Police has not issued its advisory. For Park Street the Metro station is Park Street, on the Blue Line. We will add both notices here when they are out.
